Node revision engine
Automatic revision on every Node save; restore creates a new revision.
NodeSnapshot captures the editorial slice (title, slug, status, moderation_state, data, published_at, category, tags). Back-to-back identical hashes are skipped, a prune cron enforces the per-node limit, and /aacp/content/{id}/revisions shows diffs and restore.
