Your first custom module: module.json and services

Create a folder under cp-content/modules, add module.json, then register services in Resources/config/services.yaml. Capability YAML is what shows the module in Studio and AACP. The Forum module is a good reference: controllers, entities, and a small installer. Enable the module from AACP, then cache:clear before you hunt for a missing route.
