This notice describes personal data processed on cpalius.com and a typical CPalius CMF install. It is not a law-firm letter; it matches the product’s real data surface.
What we store
Accounts keep email, username, password hash, and optional profile fields. Forum posts, blog comments, roadmap votes, and support records are stored as content. Logs may include IP, user agent, and request path.
Cookies and session
A session cookie identifies signed-in users. A locale cookie stores language. Origin HTML cache splits anonymous pages; logged-in forum HTML is not served to someone else.
Purpose
We process data to run the site, keep it secure, moderate abuse, and meet legal duties. Customer content and passwords are not sent to third-party generative-AI APIs.
Retention and requests
Account deletion is requested via Contact. Backups taken from AACP may lag until the backup cycle rotates. Use /en/privacy questions through the contact page.
