AI article writer
- Blog → New post has a Write with AI window (when the AI module is on). Enter the topic, details, points to watch, word count, tone, target reader, keywords and your own extra instructions, pick a provider and a model, and the AI writes a draft into the form: title, excerpt, meta description, tags, body and an optional FAQ. Nothing is saved or published; you read it, edit it and save.
- Seven providers: Pollinations (no key needed), OpenRouter, Groq, Google Gemini, Cerebras, Mistral and NVIDIA NIM. Model lists are read live from each provider instead of being typed into the code, because free models change every few weeks. OpenRouter shows only models whose price is zero.
- Add each provider's key in Studio → AI. The same providers can be chosen for translation; if the chosen one fails, the previous Gemini/Groq key and the free fallback are still tried.
- "Free" for most providers means the free tier of your account, until its quota runs out. The Claude and DeepSeek APIs themselves are not free; DeepSeek and Qwen models are available through the free tiers above. Generation is limited to 15 articles per user per hour. AI can state things that are not true: check every draft before publishing.
Blog widgets
- New screen Studio → Blog → Widgets: switch the sidebar widgets (author card, recent posts, popular tags, archive) on or off, and set how many recent posts and tags they show and the Github/Twitter addresses. These settings were on no screen before.
Writers see their own posts
- Above a post on the public site, its author gets a toolbar: edit the post, publish it, and a link to all posts. Administrators get the same toolbar on every post. Visitors see nothing.
- A draft or scheduled post can be read on its real page by its author and by administrators, marked as a draft and never indexed.
- Publishing now also requires the right to edit that post; the publish permission alone used to let a writer publish somebody else's draft.
Administrators are told about requests
- When a member asks to change their username or e-mail, every administrator gets a notification in the AACP and Studio bell. The bell also keeps counting the requests still waiting for a decision, so a request cannot be forgotten by clicking past its notification. The AACP bell used to be an empty placeholder.
SEO
- For search and AI engines: a health check page (Studio → SEO health check),
llms.txt, a blog RSS feed, IndexNow (changed pages are announced to Bing and Yandex within minutes; needs "Public site URL" to be set), rich-snippet directives, article meta tags, official profile links (sameAs), and separate switches for AI search crawlers and AI training crawlers (both allowed by default). - Blog posts can have an FAQ shown under the post and published as FAQ structured data.
- Fixed: the SEO title template is now used for pages the SEO module knows (the theme's own title used to override it); the last breadcrumb showed the page address instead of its title; every sitemap file claimed to be modified "today"; video entries in the sitemap were invalid.
- Every public module (Blog, Forum, Roadmap, DNS Tools) has its own landing-page title, description and keywords in the SEO module. Empty fields change nothing.
Blog form
- Categories are created and edited in a pop-up, tags autocomplete like WordPress, a post shows a "View on site" link after saving, and editing an AI-translated post can update its AI translations too.
