Fix: AACP and Studio page layout (introduced in 2.2.38)

In 2.2.38 a missing space merged two CSS classes on the page body, so AACP lost its panel styling (colors and layout looked mixed up). Fixed. If you saw odd colors in AACP after updating to 2.2.38, this is the cause.

Rebuilt around one language at a time: pick the language to edit and the language to compare with, and type the translation right next to the original text.
Filter by All / Missing / Translated, search, and group. A language with gaps opens on its missing texts, with a progress bar.
Each box saves when you click away (or Ctrl/Cmd+Enter); a failed save restores the old text. Only a few neutral colors are used.
Rows load 40 at a time, so large translation sets no longer slow the page down.
Import and export moved into a single "Import / export" menu.

The edit bar that covered the site header and menu is replaced by a sticky-note panel on the right edge. It is a small tab until you open it.
From the panel, without opening Studio: change status (draft, scheduled, published), set the publish date and time, publish now, change or remove the cover image, switch comments on or off, mark as featured, and jump to the Studio editor or the post list.
Uses the same permissions as the Studio form.
The cover image on a post page now has a maximum height, so a large image no longer overflows the page.

Fixed the widget editor: the "Settings" card with each widget's own fields (for example the author card's mode, name, biography, picture and link, in every language) was not rendering. All widget types now show their fields.

No database changes. Clear cp-core/var/cache/prod/ after updating.
