Githeme theme, redesigned

Githeme now follows a dimmed grey GitHub-style design with real craft behind it: a dark default and a light twin, 1px lines instead of shadows, 6px corners, no gradients and no pill buttons. Colour carries meaning only: blue for links, green for the main action, orange for the current tab, red for danger.
Two-row header: brand, an always-visible search field, language, theme switch and sign-in on top; underlined tabs below, with the tab of the page you are on marked in orange.
Forum sections are framed boxes with a grey title strip, dense rows and plain counters. Blog, DNS tools, Showcase, Roadmap, Whitepaper and the account pages are recoloured to match.
Every colour is generated from the Default theme's own stylesheets by tools/recolor.php, so a page that Default styles is styled in Githeme too. Run it again after changing Default's CSS.
?gh-theme=dark or ?gh-theme=light in the address shows a theme without changing the saved choice.
Appearance sizes (header height, page width) of another theme are no longer overwritten by the Default values unless the operator changed them.

The card above the footer now sits inside the page column instead of spanning the whole window, and takes its colours from the active theme (Default now uses its own colour variables instead of fixed navy).

No database changes. Clear cp-core/var/cache/prod/ after updating.
