Media library

Upload queue like WordPress: every file shows its name, size, type, a progress bar and its status (queued, uploading, uploaded, error). A new upload appears in the library at once.
New Settings screen: choose which file types may be uploaded (images, documents such as PDF/Word/Excel/text, archives such as zip/rar/7z, audio, video) and the largest file size. The server's PHP limit stays a hard ceiling and is shown on the screen. SVG, HTML, XML, scripts and executables can never be enabled. By default the library still accepts only images, PDF and video. New permission media.settings.manage.
Fixed: the OK button was invisible in the library's dialogs.

Cards now sit in two independent columns. Moving a card changes only the columns it left and entered; no other card shifts. Cards can be dragged between columns and the editor dialog shows both columns.
The AACP dashboard has the same card editor: drag, switch cards on or off, and set how many rows each card lists.

Posts, pages, showcase items and forum topics (which are marked deleted rather than removed) now show in the recycle bin, where they can be restored or deleted for good. Forum topics come back with their counters corrected. Private messages are never listed.
Types are shown with readable translated names instead of class names.

The AI users module was quarantined ("module.json is missing a valid bundle field"); its manifest is fixed.
The database update step no longer reports the same configuration documents as imported on every run; only documents that really changed are listed.

No database changes. Clear cp-core/var/cache/prod/ after updating.
