Fixes two problems found right after 2.2.68.

The module and updates store showed the Appearance menu. The strip with Homepage, Themes, Fonts and Theme editor belongs to the theme store only; the extension store (modules, updates) no longer shows it.
A module updated on its own could take the whole site down. After the Forum module was updated, requests failed with "Too few arguments to ForumSectionHierarchyService::__construct()" until the compiled cache was deleted: the new module code expected a cache service the already-compiled container did not pass. The cache arguments the Forum services gained in 1.4.2 are now optional, so a stale container keeps working (without the cached values) until it is rebuilt. Forum 1.4.3 carries the fix.

Delete the compiled cache folder cp-core/var/cache/prod (and prod.active and prod-* next to it if they exist), then load any page once.
